IT Puts New Spin on Slots, Keno and Video Poker

27 May 2009

Incredible Technologies, maker of Golden Tee Golf and other popular arcade games, is expanding into the electronic gaming device sector with some very innovative products. Here's a look at what the Arlington Heights, Illinois based company will be bringing to casinos by the end of the year:

Magic Touch Keno: The video keno games that are out there now pale in comparison to what IT has developed. The company is unveiling four games, including conventional Keno, Pop Up Keno, Super Keno, Super Pop Up Keno, and Pop Up 25.

Unlike the other titles which feature the conventional 10 X 8 grid of numbers, 1 through 80, Pop Up 25 uses a patent-pending 5 X 5 grid of numbers 1 through 25, a bold new experience for keno players.

All of the games are played in 3D in which you can choose to watch the keno balls pop up or drop down. The rich, colorful graphics are enhanced by digitally enhanced audio cues and sound effects.

Magic Touch Poker: This is video poker unlike any you've ever played, supported by a menu of 10 different games, including such interesting options as Full House Bonus Poker and Freedom Poker. You can choose to play in either a classic mode with a traditional look and feel, or a unique format which brings life and motion to the cards.

IT's video poker features patent-pending "Pro-Tip" technology which teaches players strategy to improve their game, plus audio enhancement.

Then there are the slots, all of which are equipped with "Bonusave" technology in which you can bank unused bonus credits, and a component called "The Prize Guy" in which players can choose among three levels of playing volatility.

MONEY: Currency of varying denominations creates the pay grid of this 15-line game which features striking 3D interface and animation, an innovative "AnglePay" feature, and a "Money Catch Jackpot" bonus round.

The bonus round, activated when players collect five coins during the base game, is a thoroughly entertaining touch screen experience of building credits as currency flies around the screen. Touch the bills of the largest denominations and your bonus increases.

CARS: A 25-line game that could be the future of slot play with patent-pending "Sidewinder" horizontal spinning reels and a "Truck'n for Bucks" bonus round in which you play a video game to weave your way around a money toll way to collect credits.

The quality of animation of the vehicles, ranging from tricycles to sports cars, and the street scenes is quite remarkable.

FRUIT: An entertaining game played on a 3 X 3 tic-tac-toe style grid highlighted by "Bongo's Banana Bash" bonus and an innovative feature in which a "juicer" symbol triggers the "Lemons to Lemonade" bonus mode.

The featured animated character in this game is Bongo, who takes players into the Banana Bash Bonus for a chance to win credits hidden under piles of banana leaves.

FISH STORE: Exotic tropical fish, remarkably lifelike in detail and movement, swim in aquariums across a 3 X 5 play grid. The "Ship's Wheel" bonus round gives players the chance to give the wheel a whirl for free spins: Up to 75 spins in Lucky Fish Store and 150 spins in Exotic Fish Store. The free bonus can re-trigger. There's also a "Sales Tag Match 'Em" round to win bonus credits.
