What is your take on Steve Wynn dropping his craps odds to 2x? I think this is a disgrace when casinos are looking to attract as many customers as they can. I would rather go to a casino that offers better odds.

Hi Steve,

I am guessing you expect me to go on a rant about casino greed and continue with a diatribe on how casinos should offer their customers a decent game with a decent chance to win, just as you did.

Even though I am a strong believer that casinos are one of the greediest enterprises around today, and even though I do believe they would be better off offering decent games with a decent chance for the customers to win, I am not terribly upset about Steve Wynn’s latest move on craps odds.

You can find great craps games in Vegas, Atlantic City and in a host of casinos across the country. You are rarely stuck to having to play in one place in major casino venues. If Steve Wynn's move upsets you and "disgusts" you then pick up your chips (so to speak) and head out the door to a casino that has the type of game you wish to play.

I am a firm believe in never risking your money in casinos that make you uncomfortable or where you think you aren't getting the best deal. You want to play your money the way you want to play it.

May all your wins be swift and large and all your losses slow and small.
