Macau gaming revenue took a nose dive for the third consecutive month in August, sending fears on Wall Street that the declines in the world’s largest gaming market could continue into 2015. Despite the 6.1 drop in August — the largest decline in 2014 — the Macau gaming market is up 8.1 percent for the year’s first eight months following 2013’s record $45.2 billion in gaming revenue. ... Hey, it wasn’t a decline. Nevada gaming revenue increased less than 1 percent in July, ending fears the market might be off after a June in which the state’s casino industry reported its largest monthly spike of the year. Cobalt Data Centers designated as registered hosting center28 August 2014
LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas-based Cobalt Data Centers has been designated by state gaming regulators as the registered hosting center for the state’s casino industry.
