New online poker bill introduced in Washington

A Texas congressman and longtime Internet poker advocate introduced legislation Thursday that would allow states and Indian tribes to legalize the activity without fear of federal intervention. Ultimate Gaming online poker site passes regulator's test

Ultimate Gaming, which is currently operating Nevada’s only legal Internet poker website, said Thursday it has completed its state-mandated field trial.
