Two winning sessions do not a dice controller make24 July 2008
Dear Ed: Congratulations on your winning trip. However, don't get too confident as one or a few trips is not a real indication of how well you utilize a controlled throw. I tend to be skeptical of the "tong grip" and have not seen much in the long-run use of it by would-be dice controllers. I know it is an easy grip to use but I am not sure it gives you the stability and accuracy of the "three-finger grip." Now, forget about the Horn bet or any of what the Captain calls "Crazy Crapper Bets" because they come in with house edges that are immense and are almost impossible for even good dice controllers to beat. Only ploppies make those bets thinking they can overcome them. Stick to the low house edge bets, and your chances of winning increase dramatically. Get a copy of Golden Touch Dice Control Revolution! which will show you what you need to know and do at the craps table. For your excellent letter I am giving you a free 10-day subscription to my private, members-only website at www.goldentouchcraps.com. We have over 5,000 members on this site and the conversations are lively, interesting and fun. Feel free to leave messages and engage in the conversations. Good luck in Atlantic City. All the best in and out of the casinos! Frank Scoblete This article is provided by the Frank Scoblete Network. Melissa A. Kaplan is the network's managing editor.
