Tipping the Dealers4 May 2006
Dear Robert: Tip on top of your bet. So if you have a $5 blackjack bet up, put one dollar on top of the $5 and tell the dealers that this is their bet but you are controlling it. If you hit a hot streak, they will make many tips even though you have only risked one dollar. By putting a dollar on top of your $5, you are also increasing your bet by 20 percent and you are now rated as a $6 player, not a $5 player as long as that tip is up there. That might help some in comps. All the best in and out of the casinos! Frank Scoblete This article is provided by the Frank Scoblete Network. Melissa A. Kaplan is the network's managing editor.
