Those Whiney Craps Players31 October 2023
More often than not this new strategy doesn't work. Or they keep playing the old strategy which still isn't working. That is a bad, bad session. I understand that. Many craps players, me included, have had those awful days and nights where nothing works and you go down to ignominious defeat. If things are going bad for me, I take my loss and head to the gym or the street and take a walk. Or I go to the swimming pool and take a swim. I do anything but keep on playing. I need time to heal my wounds. That makes sense to me. But there are the whiners; players who can't stop grousing about how awful everything is, how awful they feel, and how the whole casino world seems to be against them. And they never let up! On and on and on they go; grousing, whining and whining some more. These are the dolts who get on the shooters who have sevened-out quickly - truly bad form. One guy tore into a lady shooter (a somewhat rare occurrence as craps tends to still be a male game) and this idiot brought her to tears, until her burly tattooed husband showed up and went after the man. The husband landed one really solid punch and our whiner went down for the count. Okay, no one feels good about losing, no one; that's a truth. But how someone handles the bad times tells you something about that someone. Do you want to be friends with someone who is a constant whiner? I don't. Imagine being married to a whiner, an awful thought indeed. To you craps players out there, listen to me. The game is exciting but sometimes it is hard on us. Suck it up and take the bad times or take a break. No one forces you to keep playing except yourself. No one forces you to whine but you. All the best in and out of the casinos!
