Should I Jump on the Bandwagon at the Craps Table?30 December 2006
Dear Michael: Your normal way of playing craps is actually quite good. The pass line bet has a 1.41 percent house edge and the placing of the 6 and 8 each has a 1.52 percent house edge. You are giving the house a small shot at your money. On shooters who are merely random rollers, there is no truth to the idea that a hot roll will continue or that the numbers he has been hitting will continue to hit. The stupid saying "see a horn, bet a horn" is believed in by idiots who have no understanding of the randomness of the game. Don't waste your money on those hardwways where the house edge hovers around 10 percent or on the 5 and 9 where the house edge is at 4 percent. What happened with that shooter in the past is no indication of what will happen to him on the next roll or the rolls after that. There is no predictability in randomness. I am giving you a free one-month subscription to our private web site at www.goldentouchcraps.com. All the best in and out of the casinos!
