In the Captain's 5-Count system in craps, do you enter the game with a bet on the pass line after the 5-Count? Or do you go into place or come/don't come bets?

Any or all are correct. If the 5-Count is made just after the point is made, you can go up on the Pass line. If the shooter is in the midst of rolling, go on the Come or Place the numbers. The key is making sure you don't risk money until that 5-Count is completed!
