Dear Mr. Scoblete,

My wife enjoys playing Let It Ride at the AC casinos and avoids games such as slot machines and Caribbean Stud Poker due to the huge house edge. Having read your book Bold Card Play we were wondering why we can't find 3-Card Poker in any of the AC casinos. It would give her a game to enjoy with a lower house edge than Let It Ride and would stop everyone, dealers included, from criticizing her for not playing the bonus dollar. If you know of any casinos that offer 3-Card Poker I would appreciate the information. We normally stay at The Sands and I asked a supervisor about it and he did not know that they would be adding it in the near future. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Bob:

Three Card Poker is making its way across the country and should be in Atlantic City. When last I was there, just before Y2K, no casinos had it. The best you can do is call different places and ask.

I wish I could be more of a help. And next time someone criticizes your wife for playing her hand the way she wants, tell her to say: "You buy this hand from me and you can play it any way you want."
