Frank, I was very disturbed to read this article (Putting a Blackjack Dealer on Tilt by John May) and shocked that it comes from a class organization like yours. The VERY BEST dealers in the world make occasional errors. Dealers want players to win, as we make our living on TOKES, not the minimum wage paid by the casinos. When a player is rude to me, I simply deal faster, hoping and trying to ELIMINATE that player from my table. I may even pick up a player's money on a push to show him I can be rude back. Getting a dealer FIRED will not help John May win. A cold stare, will not help John May win. If he were a true "professional", he would know this.... Dealers simply deliver the cards, just like a mailman delivers the mail........ John OWES us an apology. Best Regards, Do you have a question or comment for Frank? Send it to slotexpert@comcast.net.
