Psychic Gambling

14 February 2023

We live in a world of the mystical, even now in the 21st Century. Many of us start off with a belief in Santa Claus, usually spearheaded by our parents and relatives and totally enforced by society. Even the so-called objective news programs pretend to follow Santa’s sleigh in the sky on Christmas Eve.

Santa Claus is a truly mystic figure. He can see all the children of the world, be they sleeping or awake, be they bad or good and he will reward the good and punish the bad. We have many popular songs sung about this being.

It comes as a shock to many kids when they find out that good ole Santa doesn’t exist and is just a figment of society’s imagination. And, yes, society’s cunning.

You see we have introduced children to the idea of mythical but real creatures, and, yes, next comes spirits or demons, along then comes heroic figures such as Moses and Jesus. We then populate the skies, rivers and streams, mountains and graveyards with other supernatural figures such as Auntie Gertrude who walks certain nights on the sacred or unsacred grounds of her burial place.

Oh, yes, we also have clairvoyants who can get in touch with Gertrude’s spirit or other dead folks’ spirits and you even get these clairvoyant folks to do their thing on television, amazing the audience, amazing the hosts, amazing the sponsors profiting from the clairvoyant’s endeavors to contact “the other side.”

The number of people who have contacted Jesus and the Bible folks is more than legion. That number fills the Earth, probably every nook and corner. Probably more than have seen every movie or read every book about such beings being in touch with us.

We are a world full of people who want to have the world filled with Santa Clauses of every type.

And many of these folks go to casinos. And some of these (many) casino folks actually pray for good luck as if there is a being in charge of good (and bad!) luck and if those prayers are strong enough, good luck will happen.

WHY CASINO GAMES

Casino games tend to lend themselves to believers in the supernatural or in modern terms, the parapsychological or psychic realms interacting with us, realms that we might be able to influence or, better yet, to work closely with us for our benefit. Heck, many of us learned this fact when we learned about Santa Claus and other spiritual figures from whatever scripture folks believed in who steered us to believe such things ourselves.

[Please note: For me Santa Claus turned out to be my Uncle Rocco and when I found that out because his five-o’clock shadow peeped out of his white Santa Claus beard. That was that for supernatural things.]

The casino games tend to be heavily involved in numbers and symbols. Craps is a game of numbers and two dice that have all the symbols the game needs. Roulette is a game of numbers, colors, symbols, and a ball and wheel.

Go down the line of just about any game or slot machine and you will see that a believer in psychic truths has a world of wishing, hoping and praying that their desires will be fulfilled by winning dice throws, spins of the wheel or symbols on a slot machine. The owners of good luck and bad luck always prevail.

On February 28th, let me meet a true believer and get his ideas from his very heart, mind and soul about luck and casino playing.

All the best in and out of the casinos!
