More on the 5-Count4 August 2005
Dear Fidel: The 5-Count will eliminate 57 percent of all random rolls, so it's a great method for stretching your time at the tables without added risk. If the shooter makes his point, it does not change the 5-Count process. The only thing it does is allow a 7 to be counted as well. For example, the shooter is on the come-out roll and rolls a 4; that's the 1-Count. Now he rolls an 11 (the 2-count). Now he hits his point by rolling a 4. That is the 3-Count. Since his next roll is a come-out, even a 7 (or any other number) will count as the 4-Count. Once he has made it to the 5-Count, you can put up your odds or make your place bets. Read about the Captain's 147-number roll at http://www.goldentouchcraps.com/captainrolls147.shtml. All the best in and out of the casinos!
