Fact or Fantasy?

Dear Frank:

I read in your recent article in Casino Player magazine about many changes in the casinos in 2006. Is this article factual or just wishful thinking? I think these changes would be wonderful if true. Also would this be all casinos including Atlantic City? I just returned from a three-day trip and did not find one $5 table available at any game. This discourages many players. The 98% slot payback sounds too good to be true. Tell me this is really going to happen.

You guessed correctly - it was all wishful thinking on my part. The article was a satire on what I wish would happen - the casinos putting me in charge of all the games. Unfortunately for the players, the casinos have not made me the czar of the games, but if they ever did those are the changes I would make.

These changes would be wonderful if true. But they aren't true. Instead of the games getting better, most of them are getting worse.
