Parlay Entertainment Inc. (Toronto: 66 Canadian Cents / No Change)

Parlay Entertainment Inc., the Internet bingo software supplier, announced Monday that its licensee, Bingo Palace, has been granted a license by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, an online gambling jurisdiction on the United Kingdom's white list.

Virgin Games: Relocates to Guernsey

Virgin Games, the online gaming division of the Virgin Group Ltd., is moving from London to the Channel Island of Guernsey. The move will cost more than £1 million, or $1.9 million.

Virgin Games, which has operated out of Hammersmith, England, for four years, has three gaming areas: Virgin Poker, licensed in Malta, Virgin Bingo, licensed in Gibraltar, and Virgin Casino, which is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Simon Burridge, chief executive of Virgin Games, said the move to Guernsey will facilitate a much simpler solution for customers.

"Virgin Poker, Casino and Bingo are separate, so if you want to play you have to re-register for each one," Mr. Burridge said. "We have made it about as difficult for our customers as we can. Now we are bringing it together so that it will be a much more simple set-up. That is really important to us and as part of that we are relocating our head office to Guernsey."

NetPlay TV (London: 28.25p / No Change)

NetPlay TV, the interactive television gambling company, has partnered with Turner Media Innovations' Nuts TV Channel and begun broadcasting its Live BlackJack and Live Roulette products on the channel on Friday.

NetPlay's offerings run Fridays and Saturdays from 12:30 a.m. to 3 a.m., Greenwich Mean Time, on Freeview Channel 42 and Sky channel 207.

William Hill, the British gambling operator, hosted an online seminar on Monday for analysts and investors outlining its online offering and strategy, and showcasing its Orbis technology platform.

Ethoca: Partners with Tuxedo Money Plus

Ethoca has agreed to provide its fraud management services to Tuxedo Money Plus Ltd., a provider of prepaid cards and other stored value products in the United Kingdom.

New Developments in Case of Slain C.E.O.

The wife of Adam J. Anhang, the slain former chief executive of CWC Gaming, has been charged with his murder, while the man who was arrested for the crime has been released from prison.

Mr. Anhang was stabbed to death in September 2005 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, while walking with his wife, Aurea Vazquez, who was this week charged with offering a man $3 million to kill her husband, according to the Associated Press.

Police are currently searching for Ms. Vazquez who is believed to be abroad.

Meanwhile, Jonathan R. Rivera, who was convicted in 2005 and sentenced to 105 years for Anhang's murder, was released from custody last week while the case remains under investigation.
