Boss Media said this morning that it will de-list from the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm, effective April 18. GEMed, a joint acquisition vehicle consisting of Medstroms and Gtech, has acquired more than 90 percent of Boss' issued share capital since mid-February.

CryptoLogic has agreed to supply World Poker Tour with Spanish- and German-language poker software through 2011. London-listed Crypto also issued its quarterly dividend, $0.12 per share, which will be paid to shareholders by April 3.

Calgary-based software provider Chartwell Technology revealed a first-quarter profit of $0.9 million, with a dividends of $0.05 per share, compared to $0.5 million and $0.03 per share for the year-earlier quarter. Revenue rose 5 percent to $5.8 million from $5.5 million.

GlobetVIP Ltd., a Gibraltar-based online bookmaker, has switched software providers from Orbis to BetOptions. Since March 7, Globet's fixed odds betting site GlobetSport.com has been operating on the BetOptions platform.

Xinhua News Agency reported China has published national draft regulations on lotteries, and will accept public comments until March 28. If issued, the regulations would be the country's first since green-lighting its lottery industry in 1987. No date has been set.

Asia-facing gaming technology group PacificNet said it plans to re-brand as PACT in an effort to reflect its growing gaming technology business in its gaming division. In a trading update, the Nasdaq-listed group said during Q1 2008 it expects to incur a one-time, non-recurring loss. Ahead of its annual report, PacificNet said it expects revenues of $60 million.

Tradefair, the p2p betting business of Betfair, has appointed Robin Osmond chief executive. Osmond was former head of JP Morgan's corporate equity capital markets business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Washington, D.C.-based grassroots group Poker Players Alliance has appointed 50 members to serve as PPA directors for their respective states. State directors will be responsible for monitoring poker-related issues and events in their state and alerting the national PPA office to emerging trends or issues.

Louisville-based Churchill Downs Inc. revealed a full-yearly loss of $5.1 million, but said revenue increased on two advanced-deposit wagering (ADW) and acquisitions, as well as on the launch of Churchill's own ADW business, TwinSpires.com. More on this to come.

Danish Internet group Balsev Media has purchased the German domain www.casino.de -- a portal site -- for the record price of $591,000.

In a five-year deal, Scientific Games has agreed to supply Direktorium fur Vollblutzucht und Rennen Wirtschaftdienste und Beteiligungs-GmbH (DVR) with network communications equipment to facilitate remote wagering and commingling for the 20 DVR-operated thoroughbred tracks across Germany.

On the London Stock Exchange today, Neteller was down 4p (6.8 percent) to 55.25, 888 was down 4.75p (3.1 percent) to 149.50 and William Hill was down 12.75p (3.7 percent) to 336.00.
