Breaking: Kentucky Appeals Court Prohibits Enforcement of Domain-Name Seizure

IGamingNews has learned that the Kentucky Court of Appeals, in a decision filed Tuesday, has prohibited the Franklin County Circuit Court from enforcing its order to seize 141 domain names of Internet gambling operators.
