Bikini Bar owner surrenders Nevada gaming license over bar sale10 April 2013
The complaint said Campos agreed to sell his business, Jitterbug LLC doing business as The Bikini Bar, for $150,000 to 600 Club LLC, owned by Paul Wilkes and Joseph Adasen. The Bikini Bar is inside a single-story office and retail development at 3355 W. Spring Mountain Road. Gaming regulators say that before getting approval of the state, Campos accepted two payments of $50,000 and failed to follow regulations that the $100,000 should have been placed in escrow until the deal was approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission. As of Tuesday, the five-member commission has not approved the transaction nor licensed Wilkes and Adasen. The buyers have operated the club since July 2012, but the slot machine revenue had been going to Campos until March 27, according to the six-page complaint. Copyright GamingWire.
