Clique Hospitality creating two new restaurants, taking over Mercadito

Restaurant company Clique Hospitality is developing two new restaurants at Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Henderson and will take over the Mercadito Mexican restaurant at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Summerlin.

Clique's new restaurants further cements the business relationship between Station Casinos, which owns Green Valley and Red Rock, and Andi Masi, founder and former CEO of the Light Group and founder of Clique Hospitality.

Masi's Clique will open Bottiglia, an Italian restaurant, and Borracha, a Mexican eatery, at Green Valley Ranch Resort in April and May, respectively.

Mercadito will operate under its current name at Red Rock Resort until its grand reopening as the rebranded Libre in early 2016.

Mercadito is located between two other Masi-managed restaurants at Red Rock Resort, Hearthstone and Salute, which are owned by Station Casinos.
