Palace Casino Open Poker Room

MISSISSIPPI – As reported by the Biloxi Sun Herald: "The Palace Casino Resort is bringing back poker and doing it with style.

"The games will be played in a posh setting of mahogany hardwoods appointed with bronze statues and paintings of racing thoroughbreds. Keith Crosby, the casino's general manager, is giving up office space on the second floor to make room for the poker players. It's the same area where the casino previously operated a poker room.

"This time around, the casino is calling it The Poker Parlor.

"The Palace will be the fifth property on the Coast with a poker room when its parlor opens July 1. The poker dealers have already been hired.

"…The room will be smoke-free…"
