PKR and Lovestruck match a success

LONDON, England -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Online poker site PKR.com teamed up with Lovestruck.com to host a night of poker, fun and games on Thursday. The pioneering 'singles poker night' saw scores of single men and women get together at London's über-cool Hoxton Pony bar.

Over one hundred and fifty people attended the event with partygoers socialising and trying their hand at the poker tables until the early hours of Friday morning. The evening proved a huge success and marks the start of an ongoing collaboration between the PKR.com and the online dating agency.

Starting November 17, 'Lovestruck Evenings' will take place every Monday on PKR.com. Created specifically for members of both sites, players in these private tournaments will be able to forge new ties and continue relationships in a cool and fun way. Each Lovestruck Evening kicks off at 8pm with a freeroll followed by three low buy-in tournaments. To enter, players must be registered with Lovestruck.com to receive the weekly password and log on to PKR.com to play the tournaments.
