Martina McBride dazzles at Treasure Island

RED WING, Minnesota -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Country superstar Martina McBride has added the brand new Treasure Island event and convention center to her fall tour lineup. The contemporary country artist will be performing on Saturday, October 18, at 8 p.m.

Among many other honors, McBride has won the Academy of Country Music's "Top Female Vocalist" award three times, and with four wins, she is tied for having the most Country Music Association "Female Vocalist of the Year" awards. She has had 22 top 10 singles, including six number ones, and has won numerous other CMA and ACM awards.

The performance will be in Treasure Island's brand new, 3,000-seat event center. Every seat in the house is within 125 feet from the stage, allowing the entire audience to experience McBride's stunning vocals in a wonderfully intimate setting. "We are excited to have developed a venue that not only accommodates prominent national entertainers, but also does it in a way that keeps the experience very personal for our guests," said Treasure Island Director of Marketing Bob Ruhland.
