Website runs lottery experiment19 February 2008CLEVELAND, Ohio -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Have you ever wondered if lotteries can be predicted? One web site claims it has found a way to deliver exceptional odds of winning a jackpot, and wants to prove it by establishing a statewide network to play the Ohio Rolling Cash lottery and create a jackpot winner. The site is Winnersedgeinfo.com and if you live in Ohio, are 18 years or older and play the state's Rolling Cash lottery, you can sign up free to participate in a 'world first' experiment to prove that statistics can predict lottery jackpots. The Winners Edge statistics-based system predicted 12 Rolling Cash jackpots in 2007 and, so far, has predicted three jackpot wins in 2008. "When we predict the five winning Rolling Cash numbers, the odds of winning the jackpot using one of our numbers are one in 15,504, and the odds of hitting four out of the five winning numbers are about one in 200," says Bill Samagalsky, President of Winners Edge Information Systems. "When random numbers are played, the odds of winning the Rolling Cash jackpot are one in 575,757 and one in 3,387 for a four-of-five win." Ohioans eligible by law to play the Rolling Cash lottery can participate in the experiment simply by registering their name and e-mail address on the Winners Edge website. The numbers will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis until all 15,504 five-number combinations of the recommended numbers are assigned. "This experiment works for both daily and occasional Rolling Cash players," says Samagalsky. "If you play Rolling Cash every day, use our numbers daily to take advantage of our tremendous potential odds advantage. If you play Rolling Cash periodically, we will advise you by e-mail of the best time to play your assigned Winners Edge numbers, which is immediately after a 'zero prediction', or when we do not predict any of the winning numbers." The Winners Edge number selection system is based, in part, on Wave Theory. A zero prediction indicates the bottom of a new wave and that there is an 80 to 90 percent probability that the top of the wave will be reached with a jackpot prediction between one and 45 draws of the zero prediction." "Ohioans wanting to take advantage of these exceptional odds should register immediately," says Samagalsky. "This experiment will be fun, free and, potentially, very profitable for those who participate." Winners Edge Info Services is a private company dedicated to helping its members win lottery jackpots in many of North America's most popular lotteries. The company is committed to transparency and responsible gaming. All recommended lottery number sets are published in advance of draws and all results are verifiable. |
