The Captain's Supersystem - A Question
24 August 2006
By Frank Scoblete
Dear Frank:
When playing the Captain's supersystem (as reflected in Forever Craps by Frank Scobelte), when a roller 'qualifies' beyond the initial 5-Count progression and you begin placing your odds bets on the table, do you continue placing both a come and don't come bet as each point is hit or do you abandon the don't come hedge bet and start betting strictly with the roller?
Jose
Dear Jose:
You can continue making the Supersystem bets as you have been or you can switch to the regular Pass and Come bets. In fact, I would now recommend switching since this lowers the house edge.
All the best in and out of the casinos.
