WMS Gaming Secures Three Large Sales Orders.29 October 2001WAUKEGAN, Illinois -- (Press Release) -- Oct. 29, 2001 -- WMS Gaming Inc., a subsidiary of WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS -), announced today it has secured three large sales orders totaling 1,250 slot machines. Coast Hotels and Casinos Inc., owners of multiple casinos in Las Vegas and one casino in St. Louis, has purchased units with printer technology for its Orleans, Barbary Coast, Gold Coast, Union Plaza, Las Vegas Club and El Cortez properties. The second order of multi-line, multi-coin video games is from Soaring Eagle Casino and Hotel in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and enables the casino to gain a comparable product mix to the casinos in Detroit. The third order comes from an international lottery jurisdiction and will be delivered to a number of venues throughout the jurisdiction. The first two hundred units were delivered to Soaring Eagle during WMS' first fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2001. The balance of all the orders will be shipped in the Company's second fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2001. ``Receiving three large orders like these is reflective of the confidence our customers have in our games and their earning ability,'' said Brian R.
