VirtGame Deploys Sense Holdings Fraud Solutions

22 January 2002

SAN DIEGO, California --(Press Release)--Jan. 22, 2002--VirtGame Corp. (OTCBB:VGTI ), a premier provider of Next Generation Technology to the Gaming and Lottery Industries, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Sense Holdings Inc./Sense Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:SEHO), a leading provider of biometric and micro-sensor identification systems that improve and secure many business processes, to integrate into VirtGame's products to defeat fraud and underage access to restricted sites.

This integration will enhance VirtGame's ability to defeat player fraud and underage access.

VirtBorder Control provides a multilayer approach to jurisdictional control, offering online gaming properties the ability to comply with legal gaming jurisdictions, as well as protect against fraud and underage control. Combined with SenseMe technology, VirtGame enhances its ability to defeat fraud and underage access to customer accounts.

``By integrating best-of-breed technologies like Sense into VirtGame products, VirtGame has created a system that offers 99.99 percent accuracy in controlling fraud and under age access. No other product on the market offers our truly integrated system of geo intelligence, fraud control and underage access control,'' said Scott Walker, CEO, VirtGame Corp.

According to Dore Perler, president and CEO of Sense Holdings Inc., the ability to control both fraud and underage access can be a major hurdle for online gaming companies.

``Our SenseMe technology can help companies like VirtGame abide by all of the legal restrictions surrounding online gaming, allowing them to offer a compliant and compelling gaming solution,'' Perler added.
