VirtGame Completes Regulatory Gaming Compliance Plan

SAN DIEGO, California – (Press Release) -- VirtGame Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: VGTI), a provider of open architecture gaming software solutions to the regulated gaming and lottery industries, announced today that it has completed its Gaming Compliance Plan for the regulated gaming jurisdictions. The plan is set up to comply with the requirements of Nevada licensing and gaming laws. Joseph P. Dorsey, a gaming consultant with over 20 years of regulated gaming compliance experience, will be advising VirtGame and its gaming compliance committee, which consists of General Paul A. Harvey, former Executive Director of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, Glenn E. Wichinsky, a Nevada attorney and gaming businessman, and Bruce Merati, VirtGame's President.

"Our Gaming Compliance Plan which has received regulatory approval from the Nevada State Gaming Board should meet the requirement of other jurisdictions with the highest gaming standards and is established to give VirtGame the opportunity to conduct its business with integrity and to achieve the high standard reputation that major U.S. regulated and licensed gaming companies enjoy. The appointment of a compliance committee that has over 60 years of regulatory gaming experience equips VirtGame with the expertise to achieve this goal," said VirtGame's President and CFO, Bruce Merati.
