Virtgame.com Discontinues Its Offshore Operation to Focus as Internet Gaming Application Service Provider

SAN DIEGO, California --(Press Release)--July 27, 2000--Virtgame.com Corp. (OTCBB:VGTI - news), announced today that it has discontinued its Antigua Internet Casino Operation and is looking to sell its two sites, Constellation casino and International Sports Market that were offering online casino-style gaming and international sports wagering exclusively for non-U.S. residents.

``We are now focused as an Internet Gaming Application Service Provider,'' said Joseph R. Paravia, president and chief executive officer of Virtgame.com. ``We have developed Internet gaming platforms and other ancillary applications such as eBorder Control to be licensed or leased to operators in the lottery, casino and sports book businesses.''
