Victor's Wheel returns to BetVictor Poker

16 April 2014

(PRESS RELEASE) -- BetVictor Poker has today re-launched an improved Victor’s Wheel – a wheel of fortune style arcade game – following a successful roll-out last December and in response to player demands.

The revamped Victor’s Wheel gives players on BetVictor Poker the chance to win a variety of prizes ranging from tournament dollars and cash to smart watches and smart phones. There is also the customary 2nd Chance Tournament with a $5,000 prize pool and two Victor’s Wheel Freerolls where 1st place will win an iPad Mini in addition to any cash winnings.

The promotion, previously open only to cash game players, is now also open to SNG players and, for those players that previously found it a chore spinning the wheel multiple times in succession, there is now an Auto-Spin function that allows the user to just sit back and watch their prizes accumulate.

Crucially however, the concept of Victor’s Wheel remains the same and that is to reward regular players simply for playing their regular game regardless of whether they are a recreational rookie or hard-core grinder.

Andy Horne, head of poker at BetVictor said “We were very happy with the performance of Victor’s Wheel when we ran it over the festive season which, combined with the very positive feedback we have received from our players in the interim, left us with little choice but to re-launch Victor’s Wheel at the earliest opportunity.

We did need to make some tweaks however to make it more user friendly and accessible to more players but we’re confident that Victor’s Wheel won’t have lost any of its appeal for the slight delay in its re-launch – especially given the improvements in value, accessibility, functionality and usability.”
