United Trading.Com Announces Sale of Software License and Upgrades Earnings Expectations for Calendar 2000

IRVINE, California--(Press Release)--Oct. 3, 2000--United Trading.Com (OTCBB:UTTD) announced today the fourth sale of a non-exclusive license for its Advanced Casino Games Software package which was finalized on September 30, 2000, resulting in profits to the Company of $250,000 on this sale.

Norman Wright, the Company President reports, ``Software license sales in the third quarter, 2000 have resulted in profits to the Company of over $1,300,000 or in excess of $0.10 per share. The previously announced (news release September 19, 2000) projected earnings for the entire calendar year 2000 were only $0.12 per share. Due primarily to the strong demand for the Company's software, the Company has revised its earnings projections for the calendar year 2000 upwards to $0.20 per share. The Company expects to make significant announcements in other product areas shortly.''

As previously announced (new release September 28, 2000) the Company's three for one forward split of its common stock has an effective date of October 10, 2000. Shareholders are reminded of the mandatory certificate exchange requirements in connection with the forward split for shareholders of record 5:00 PM EST on October 6, 2000(see press release September 28,2000).

The company is engaged in advanced software development and related sales of non-exclusive licenses for proprietary state-of-the-art software for Internet gaming sites, as well as international business-to-business e-commerce.

Estimates for the Internet gaming market by Bear Stearns and others are in excess of $10 billion annually for the year 2002. The total international business-to-business electronic commerce market was estimated by International Data Corporation to be approximately $500 billion in 1999 growing to over $2 trillion in the year 2003.

The Company is focusing on high profit potential market niches with physical presence in Costa Rica (American portal), Cook Islands (Asia portal) and Liechtenstein (Europe, Middle East & Africa portal).
