Ten Stix Purchases Magnum Gaming's Blackjack Table Game1 August 2002DENVER, Colorado --(Press Release) --Ten Stix Inc., (OTCBB: TNTI) confirmed today that it has entered into an agreement with Magnum Gaming, Inc. to purchase their "Bet The Set" blackjack casino table game, also known as "Pair Square." "Bet The Set" is one of the most successful specialty games in casinos today, with over 100 tables in play in six states. Bet The Set is in Trump Hotels and Casinos (NYSE: DJI), Ameristar Casinos (NASDAQ: ISLE), President Casinos Inc. (OTCBB: PREZ), Isle of Capri (NASDAQ: ISLE) and on Norwegian Cruise Lines. This acquisition, along with its other table games and its recently acquired "Bonus 6" game, one of the most successful poker games, fills yet another of the Company's strategic long-term goals, catapulting Ten Stix Inc. into a position as one of the top publicly traded table game suppliers. The Company further announced Patrick McKenna from Magnum Gaming was granted a three-year term to the board of directors with emphasis on sales and development. Mr. McKenna has been in the industry in excess of 24 years, as Vice President of Sales for Mangum Gaming, Inc., Casino Manager for Princess Cruise Lines (NYSE: POC) and various gaming positions in Atlantic City with Resorts, Playboy, and the Tropicana.
