Tabcorp Close On Casino Management Buyout

MELBOURNE, Australia – As reported by Reuters: "Tabcorp Holdings Ltd. , Australia's largest gaming group, is close to completing a deal to acquire management contracts for its casinos from U.S. Caesars Entertainment Inc. , a source said on Thursday.

"…Buying out the management contract would allow Tabcorp to take full control of the Conrad Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast south of Brisbane and Conrad Treasury Casino in Queensland's state capital, two of three casinos it inherited after its A$1.2 billion ($840 million) acquisition of Jupiters Ltd last year…"
