Spintek Gaming Technologies Signs Agreement With PDS Gaming5 October 2000LAS VEGAS, Nevada --(Press Release)--Oct. 5, 2000--Spintek Gaming Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:SPTK) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with PDS Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:PDSF; d/b/a PDS Gaming), a leading provider of lease financing and traditional financing to the gaming industry and vendor of gaming devices to casino operators. The agreement calls for Spintek and PDS Gaming to market jointly each other's products and services to their prospective customers and to work in cooperation with sales and financing of AccuSystem(TM). In 1996, PDS Gaming introduced SlotLease, a specialized operating lease program for slot machines and other electronic gaming devices. A year later, PDS began reconditioning, marketing and selling gaming devices. This year, PDS acquired Casino Slot Exchange.Com and most recently obtained approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission to market their digital card system in Nevada. PDS is currently licensed to provide its products and services in Nevada, New Jersey, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, Indiana and Washington. ``This agreement between Spintek and PDS Financing provides for an expanded market for AccuSystem,'' said Gary L. Coulter, chairman and chief executive officer of Spintek Gaming Technologies. ``With the distribution and financing capabilities of PDS, Spintek can now provide expanded purchasing options to potential customers. Further, the agreement provides for installation of AccuSystem on slot machines prior to shipping to a customer from PDS, a real cost savings for Spintek and the casino customer.'' Spintek Gaming Technologies is a Nevada corporation based in Las Vegas, whose focus is the development, acquisition and marketing of diversified technology, including unique gaming industry products. Spintek offers a new standard of operational coin control with AccuSystem, which brings a new level of gaming device security and management information to the casino industry. |
