Speculation Rises over London Clubs' Future

UNITED KINGDOM – As reported by the UK Telegraph: "Dealers continued to watch London Clubs International yesterday as they speculated that an Indonesian business figure is running his slide rule over the casino operator.

"The latest talk was that Putera Sampoerna, the head of the family that sold its controlling stake in cigarette maker Sampoerna to tobacco giant Philip Morris, is trying to create a chain of top flight casinos.
