18 April 2006

NORTHFIELD, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Spectrum Gaming Group, responding to the rapidly growing demand for its suite of industry-related services, has expanded its professional staff and established new headquarters for its worldwide operations in Northfield, a suburb of Atlantic City.

The office complex serves as Spectrum's center for regulatory services, investigations, economic studies, professional services, conference production, and publication of its nationally acclaimed newsletter, Michael Pollock's Gaming Industry Observer.

Spectrum recently hired Gail Pagano, a 25-year casino-industry veteran, as Office Manager. Pagano coordinates the activities of Spectrum's eight-person staff and more than 30 associates around the world.

Spectrum also announces the appointment of Paula M. Leach to the newly created position of Director of Marketing and Conferences. Leach, previously Marketing Communications Manager for Wheaton Science Products, will oversee brand development, marketing services, and production of Spectrum's nationally respected conferences, which include the East Coast Gaming Congress, Florida Gaming Summit and Pennsylvania Gaming Congress.

"Paula Leach is an accomplished professional in marketing, communications and trade shows. She brings a wealth of experience and creative energy that will help Spectrum continue its amazing growth trajectory," said Michael J. Pollock, Spectrum Managing Director.

Spectrum Gaming Group is a full-service consultancy conducting work for private clients and government agencies. Through its Spectrum Oso affiliate, Spectrum Gaming Group serves clients on a global basis with offices in Bangkok, Las Vegas, Macau and Tokyo.

Among many other projects in recent months, Spectrum has been retained by the government of Singapore to conduct due diligence investigations of applicants for the proposed Marina and Sentosa integrated resorts; was retained by three prospective Pennsylvania gaming operators to assist with their Category 2 license applications; and has conducted numerous economic- impact, feasibility and market studies from Atlantic City and Pennsylvania to Macau.

Spectrum has served numerous government agencies, from Florida and the Bahamas to Australia and the Netherlands.

"Spectrum's growth is based on its experience, independence and integrity. That foundation will remain unchanged," said Managing Director Fredric E. Gushin, who founded Spectrum in 1993.
