Slot Maker Sued Over Loan3 May 2002LAS VEGAS --Finova Capital Corp. sued Las Vegas slot machine maker Innovative Gaming Corp. of America in Clark County District Court Thursday, alleging it defaulted on a $909,698 loan. Loren Piel, Innovative's executive vice president and general counsel, disputed Finova's claims, saying Innovative owes only $30,000 of the loan. "The loan was financing for a video gaming device for video game versions of blackjack, craps and roulette," he said. |
