Sky City Casino Revamped

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the (Australia) Mercury: "The forgotten company in the ever-consolidating gaming industry, Sky City Entertainment, yesterday announced plans to rebuild its money spinner in the city of churches.

"And the early winners of Sky City's plans to redevelop its Adelaide casino were the NZ company's investors who saw Sky City shares rise 1.8 per cent yesterday.

"…Sky City plans to spend $22 million (NZ$30 million) to upgrade the north side of the casino and redevelop the function areas.

"…The kiwi gaming play expanded to Australia three years ago, buying the Adelaide casino from the South Australian government.

"Several gaming analysts have previously warned the industry boasts little opportunity for organic growth…"
