Siena Technologies reports results

14 November 2006

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Jeff Hultman, CEO of publicly traded Siena Technologies (formerly known as Network Installation Corp.) (OTC Bulletin Board: SIEN), announced today the company recorded revenues of $4.1 million for the quarter, bringing the year to date revenues to $15.9 million, a significant increase from $5.9 for the year ended December 31, 2005. In addition, Siena experienced a 12-point increase in gross margins for the third quarter of 2006 compared to the fourth quarter of 2005, as well as reduced interest expense for this quarter totaling $156,000 compared to more than $1 million in the second quarter of 2006.

"The third quarter was highlighted by the successful delivery of high-end technical systems at numerous night clubs and race and sports books venues around Las Vegas, plus our attention to executing business fundamentals," says Hultman. "We also began to realize the impact of our debt restructuring which went into effect on June 30, 2006, resulting in the lower interest expense for this quarter."

According to Hultman, the largest installation features subsidiary Kelley Technologies patent-pending Race and Sports Book Technology at Station Casino's Green Valley Ranch. Kelley's cutting-edge design teams also unveiled their latest creations inside numerous locations at the Palms Resort & Casino. From video to lighting to special effects, Kelley's creativity now enhances the customer experience at the Playboy Club, Moon Nightclub and Nove Restaurant. The team also designed the video and theatrical lighting systems for the Palms new concert venue.

Projects at the Green Valley Ranch and Santa Fe (another Station Casino property) generated in excess of $3 million in revenues during the third quarter 2006. The combined projects serviced for the Palms amounted to more than $500,000 in revenues for the quarter.

"While we have completed numerous projects, we are currently servicing customers on contracts with substantial backlog," says Hultman. "Besides the solid financial performance, we were able to make important changes including the restructuring of our marketing and sales functions and a corporate name change that better reflects our future strategies. That is a strong testament to our hard-working, committed employees."
