Shuffle Master Makes Fortune List

LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) announced today that it has been ranked #52 on the Fortune Small Business© 100, the 2005 list of America's fastest-growing small public companies for the fourth consecutive year. The list of all ranked companies will appear in the July/August 2005 edition, available on newsstands July 4. To compile the list, Fortune Small Business asked financial research firm Zacks to screen annual reports for public companies with annual revenue of less than $200 million and a stock price of more than $1. Within that group, companies were ranked based on the past three years' earnings growth, revenue growth and stock performance.
