17 August 2000

Operating income increased 37 percent to $3.1 million, compared to $2.3 million a year ago, and net income for the quarter increased 36 percent to $2.0 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, compared to $1.5 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, for the third fiscal quarter of 1999.
