Scientific Games completes first phase of new gaming systems at Rama Gaming House

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Scientific Games Corporation completed its first installation phase of new gaming systems at Rama Gaming House in Mississauga, Ontario.

The first Ontario Charity Gaming Center to leverage Scientific Games’ cloud-hosted solutions, Rama Gaming House will utilize Scientific Games’ SDS and CMP core systems, and Elite Bonusing Suite player reward bonusing on the iVIEW 4 display.

For over 40 years, the market-leading SDS has provided accurate, reliable, and innovative slot-accounting solutions. SDS is an integrated slot-accounting system that continually monitors slot machines and other gaming devices, as well as player gaming activity throughout the property. CMP is a player-tracking and customer relationship system that helps operators manage and evaluate their database of players throughout the Bingo Hall.

The award-winning iVIEW 4, Scientific Games’ next-generation player interface, enables operators to show dynamic marketing content, animations, and videos on the gaming machine while providing an instant response through a sophisticated multi-touch display. iVIEW 4 supports HTML5 graphics and uses web widgets to enable marketing teams to easily update content dynamically throughout the property, significantly enhancing the player experience. iVIEW 4 features an improved software architecture for seamless third-party integration, as well as several Scientific Games applications, including CMP and EBS for turn-key promotions that provide instant rewards at the point-of-play.

Scientific Games’ Managed Services offloads the sophisticated task of hosting and managing an operator’s gaming system application suite and the hosting infrastructure from an operators’ internal IT teams. The Company’s experienced application, infrastructure (server, network, database, iSeries) and domain experts monitor the entire suite of Scientific Games’ Systems from an industry standard, 24/7 IT operations center. Managed Services allows IT and business teams to focus on the core business, reduce time spent on existing gaming management systems, and ensure “up-time” of Scientific Games’ Systems.
