Scientific Games Announces Merger Discussions With Autotote Corporation16 May 2000ALPHARETTA, Ga., May 16 (Press Release) -- Scientific Games Holdings Corp. (NYSE: SG - news) today announced that it is in discussions with Autotote Corporation concerning a possible merger. The Company noted that no merger agreement has been signed or approved by its Board of Directors and there can be no assurance that any such merger will occur. Headquartered near Atlanta, Georgia, Scientific Games International is a world leader in providing a full range of lottery products, integrated systems and support services to lotteries in more than 64 nations and 26 U.
