Pyramidcasino Buys Poker.com Cardroom License29 November 2001VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- (Press Release) -- Poker.com, Inc. (NASD OTC BB: PKER), a leading provider of online gaming systems, announces that it has sold a Master Poker Cardroom license to Internet Empire Entertainment Ltd. They will develop and operate a Poker Cardroom under Pyramidcasino.com Internet Empire Entertainment Ltd., an Internet marketing group, has been operating three highly successful Internet casino sites for more than a year: www.pyramidcasino.com, www.betonusa.com, and www.binionscasino.com. Through their casino operations, they have developed a huge player base of online gamblers and are one of the top Casino producers on the Internet. Under the agreement, Poker.com will provide Internet Empire Entertainment Ltd. with a full multiplayer Poker Cardroom. The Cardroom will offer several different variations of poker games including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 5 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud, tournaments, and future enhancements as they are released.
