Pragmatic Play secures VSoftCo acquisition28 January 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Pragmatic Play, a leading multi-product provider to the iGaming industry, has completed the acquisition of virtual sports supplier VSoftCo. VSoftCo offers a wide selection of virtual sports products for retail and online customers worldwide, including Fantastic League, a pioneering virtual football game with richly detailed graphics and immersive sound design. The deal marks Pragmatic Play’s second major corporate acquisition, having taken control of live casino provider Extreme Live Gaming from Novomatic Group in 2018.
