Poker TV Appoints Members to Board

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Poker TV Network, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PKTV), the world's first and only Broadband TV network focusing on the world of poker, announced today that it has appointed the first two members to the Company's Board of Advisors to provide guidance and recommendations as the Company rapidly expands.

The company, which broadcasts poker programming at PokerTVNetwork.com , said the newly formed Advisory Board will include industry leaders with broad gaming, broadcast, cable, marketing and management experience. Board members have agreed with Poker TV Network to provide strategic guidance in their respective areas of expertise.

The Company is pleased to announce the following two appointments:

Matt Savage --

Matt has become the most respected tournament director in the poker business. He directed the World Series of Poker for three years and was instrumental in making it the largest poker tournament in the world. Since 2002, he has regularly appeared on ESPN, Fox Sports Net, and the Travel Channel, hosting tournaments around the globe. Additionally, Matt founded the Tournament Directors Association and will work closely with the Company on tournament product development.

Nolan Dalla --

Nolan is currently the media director for the World Series of Poker which is owned by the largest gaming company in the world, Harrah's Entertainment. He is also one of the most respected gaming writers in the industry and has recently written a best selling biography on the legendary Stu Ungar. His articles appear regularly in Card Player magazine, Poker Pages, Gambling Times, and The Intelligent Gambler. His expertise and insight will be valuable assets to PTN's Board of Advisors.
