2 August 2001

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(Press Release)--August 2, 2001-- Poker.com, Inc. (NASD OTC BB: PKER.OB), a leading provider of online gaming systems, announces that it has signed a Master License Agreement with Trimon Systems of Korea which will enable Poker.com to sell and sub-license their dynamic suite of Casino, Poker, and WAP casino games. This agreement allows Poker.com to deal directly with Fairwind Technologies' licensor.

This agreement will give Poker.com another complete software solution. This new product suite is currently being extended into the wireless and closed circuit areas with the development of gaming Kiosks, set top boxes and PDA client software. These newer offerings will allow cruise ships, land-based casinos and airlines the ability to offer both Casino and Poker software.

In accordance with the agreements, Trimon Systems will provide Poker.com with:

Online Casino Games:

Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Black Jack, Craps, Roulette, Slot Machine, Video Poker, Caribbean Poker, Let-it Ride
