VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(Press Release)--Aug. 18, 2000--Poker.com, Inc. (OTCBB:PKER) is pleased to announce that Casino Marketing S.A., (a wholly owned subsidiary of Poker.com Inc) has sold a new Casino license, bringing the total number of licenses sold to date to 13.

The Casino License includes the ability of the Licensee's customers to play various online games such as blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, pai gow, Caribbean poker, video poker and slot machines.

The Licensee's customers are able to place wagers via a secure online encrypted transaction system. The Company will earn a monthly royalty fee from each Licensee that will enable the company to meet its goal of becoming the most successful gaming software provider on the Internet.
