Players Network Files Form 10-SB With Securities and Exchange Commission

LAS VEGAS, May 12 (Press Release)-- Players Network Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PNTV - news) today announced that it filed a Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 14, 2000.

The Company reported a 43% revenue growth for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1999, when compared to revenue results for the same period ended December 31, 1998. The Company also announced that it anticipates a 100% revenue growth over 1999 for the fiscal year ending 2000.

Players Network Inc. owns and operates PlayersNetwork.com, a gaming and entertainment Internet Portal, which combines content, e-commerce and full-streaming video on the World Wide Web. Players Network also delivers the first and only 24-hour digital gaming and entertainment channels directly into hotel and casino guestrooms. The casino industry, with approximately 180 million visitors annually, is now the largest form of participant entertainment.
