Perpetual Confirms Sells Aristocrat Stake Below 5%29 May 2003SYDNEY, Australian – As reported by Dow Jones: "The funds management arm of Perpetual Trustees Australia Ltd. said Thursday it ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. . "Perpetual had been Aristocrat's largest institutional shareholder, with an interest of 7.3%. The funds manager said it reduced its stake Tuesday, the same day that the gambling machine maker issued a fresh profit warning. "…The stock has fallen about 45% this week, however, on account of the profit warning." |
