No One Claims $15.6 Million Super 6 Lotto Jackpot Prize4 October 2000MIDDLETOWN, Pennsylvania--(Press Release)--Oct. 4, 2000--The August 26, 2000, Super 6 Lotto jackpot prize remains unclaimed. The jackpot prize rolled to an annuity value of $15,652,167.70 and a cash value of $7,101,143.87 for the August 26 drawing. Lottery officials note that only one ticket matched all six winning numbers in the Super 6 Lotto drawing. They were 27-33-46-52-55-62. Super 6 Lotto annuity jackpot prizes are paid in 26 equal installments - less 28 percent federal withholding. All Pennsylvania Lottery winnings are exempt from state and local taxes. Players have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their winning ticket. A claim for jackpot prizes must be filed at Pennsylvania Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County. Jackpot claimants may obtain claim information by calling the Lottery Public Relations Office at 717/986-4714. The Pennsylvania Lottery remains the only state Lottery that exclusively targets its proceeds to benefit older citizens. |
